Online, Online, Online

In this talk, Dr Cathrine Jansson-Boyd, a consumer psychologist at Anglia Ruskin University, will take the audience on an interactive journey exploring why shoppers act, think and behave the way they do.

The audience will be shown examples that demonstrate how our minds work when we shop.

Consumer psychologist Dr Jansson-Boyd has a passion for all things consumption related! She both teaches and researches topics related to consumer cognition and behaviour. Over the years, she has worked with many organisations and companies to generate consumer insight. She has also written and edited several books and chapters on the topic.
