Social Values: Collections, connections and creativity at the Fitzwilliam Museum

The Fitzwilliam Museum conservators open a dialogue around how investigating material culture can help society understand the value of objects.  Five short films will explore the themes of #Reuse, #Respect, #Repair, #Recycling, and #Reward.  These ideas remind us of the motivation for reuse and the diversity of interpretations objects inspire.  The films will invite the viewers to share their responses to these themes with stories and pictures of objects close to them and why they value them. 

To view and respond to these films please check out The Fitzwilliam Museum on social media platforms Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.  Each film will be published around noon on the dates above, and at the same time will be added to the Fitzwilliam Museum’s YouTube Channel:
