On the same (brain) wavelength: Neural synchronisation during social interactions

11:00am-12:00pm on Saturday 23 March
2:00pm-3:00pm on Sunday 24 March

Times shown are in GMT (UTC +0) up to the 26th March. For events on or after 27th March times are in BST (UTC +1).

Centre for Family Research , Ground Floor, Old Cavendish Building (Rayleigh Wing) University of Cambridge Free School Lane, CB2 3RQ

When we interact others, our brains seem to synchronise in their activity. Greater levels of synchrony often suggests better social interactions and coordination. How does the brain achieve this? How do we measure this? And can neural synchrony reveal more about our ultra-social species?

Event hosted by the Centre for Family Research (www.cfr.cam.ac.uk) & Dept. Of Psychology (www.psychol.cam.ac.uk).
