This safe-falling workshop with Dr Katrina McDonald [https://www.aru.ac.uk/people/katrina-mcdonald] will use principles from the sport of judo to teach people how to apply the principles of falling safely. By sharing the principles from judo, this work can help to reduce the risks and impacts of a fall. During this practical session, participants must be ready to try the principles of how to fall safely on judo mats. Please wear comfy clothing, preferably trousers.

This workshop is designed for people over the age of 55 years. Please book one ticket per attendee.
