Dr Suzanna Forwood [https://www.aru.ac.uk/people/suzanna-forwood] is a cognitive psychologist who is interested in food choice, the factors that determine food choice and the tools available to improve the healthiness of food choices. Suzanna joined Anglia Ruskin University in 2015, after researching nudge interventions in online supermarkets at the Behaviour and Health Research Unit, University of Cambridge, computational models of perception and memory, and the neuroscience of recognition memory. She is currently researching food choice, testing the theory that we use heuristics in our day-to-day lives. She is researching how people plan meals and pack lunches for children, and the link between familiarity and food liking.
