Physical activity is increasingly recognised as a vital part of cancer care and recovery. Join us for the third session in the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Centre’s Nursing and Allied Health Professionals (NAHP) webinar series, exploring the role of movement in improving outcomes and quality of life for people affected by cancer.
This interactive session will bring together leading UK experts to discuss current evidence, practical approaches, and real-world challenges related to physical activity for people living with and beyond cancer. Our speakers will share insights on how patients and healthcare professionals can safely and effectively incorporate exercise into treatment and survivorship, manage cancer-related fatigue, and address barriers to maintaining activity during and after therapy.
Designed for patients, families, nurses, allied health professionals, researchers and the public, the webinar will highlight multidisciplinary perspectives and explore practical solutions and innovative ideas that help to navigate common challenges such as fatigue, treatment side effects and individual needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain actionable strategies to support safe and effective physical activity throughout the cancer journey. Be part of this important conversation shaping the future of holistic cancer care.
