Parasites play a crucial role in our ecosystem, but they can also pose serious health risks.

At Parasite Palooza, you'll learn about the diversity of parasites, their life cycles, and their impact on human and animal health.

Engage with interactive exhibits, microscopic observations, and fun challenges that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for these often-overlooked organisms.

Activities will include:

1) Is it a noodle or a parasitic worm?
2) What did the cat scat?
3) can you draw what you see? Look at slides of malaria parasites down a microscope and draw what you see.
4) Can you find the parasite?
5) crafts: make an origami worm or a pipe cleaner mosquito

All ages, no tickets required.
We look forward to seeing you and all the family!
