While making the solar cell, you will be able to ask questions of the scientists at the cutting edge of solar research and find out more about the fundamental principles of how we convert light into electricity.
You will also learn more about the exciting research under way in department.
Please note that this activity does not last four hours and you can come in anytime between 10 am - 2 pm. Also, the capacity number indicated refers to the amount of total visitors we are able to take in for this activity throughout that four-hour time frame.
However, if you came in at a time when there are a lot of people involved in the activity, we may need to pause entry temporarily if we reach maximum room capacity.
