Join Kate Winter, award-winning author and illustrator of The Fossil Hunter and The Cave Explorer, in a fun family-friendly workshop drawing fossils and making your very own fold-out fossil cabinet. Kate will talk about how she finds her ideas and explores stories through drawing and sketchbook work. Like her books, this session is aimed at a wide range of ages from 8 to 80 years!

Kate joins the Family Weekend from Anglia Ruskin University, where she is Course Director for the BA (Hons) Illustration degree.
