Join us for interactive displays and hands-on activities exploring the science behind everyday wellbeing. From food and possessions to physical activity, sight and hearing, learning, emotions and the body, our researchers will share practical insights to help you make small, meaningful changes in your daily life.

What to expect:

• Table displays and demonstrations from Anglia Ruskin University’s Research Centre for Better Living.

• Activities designed to connect research with real-life choices.

• Evidence-based tips for improving physical and mental health.

The Centre brings together experts in psychology, sport science, and vision and hearing sciences to generate research that supports healthier, happier lives. Our mission is to promote wellbeing at individual, community and population levels through multidisciplinary research and knowledge exchange.
