Bringing together medical physics and neuroscience, the Neuro Optics Lab are developing new optical technologies to monitor the brain. In their ‘heads-on’ demonstration, the team will perform live brain scanning on you during cognitive tasks, revealing your real-time brain activity.
They’ll also share the physics behind optical brain monitoring with innovative demos, making optical physics accessible. And meet the scientists performing clinical trials on dementia patients to learn how these technologies could impact dementia diagnosis and treatment.
