Are you passionate about supporting the mental health of young people? The William Templeton Foundation for Young People’s Mental Health (YPMH) invites you and your family to join us at Camfest for an inspiring weekend dedicated to empowering parents, caregivers, and young people with vital mental health knowledge.

At YPMH, we are on a mission to transform the mental health of young people, from early-life to age 25. As pioneers in linking social, biological, and psychological research on depression, we’ve uncovered practical solutions targeting food, nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management. This event is your opportunity to gain essential tools to enhance mental wellbeing for you and your family.

What to Expect

Prepare for an engaging and educational experience filled with fun activities! Here’s what we have in store for you:

• Interactive Activities and Quizzes: Dive into hands-on activities and quizzes that reveal how lifestyle choices impact mental health. Discover valuable ways to nurture mental wellbeing as a family.
• VR Mindfulness Experience: Immerse yourself in a calming virtual reality mindfulness activity that demonstrates how mindfulness can significantly reduce stress and sharpen focus.
• Feature in Our Podcast: Want to be heard? Share your thoughts and experiences on mental health during our live podcast recording. This is your chance to contribute to important conversations!
• Learn Cutting-Edge Research: Delve into the latest findings on what causes depression and how adjustments to diet, exercise, and sleep can create positive changes. Our experts will share transformative insights you won’t want to miss.
