Cerys Bradley: A unifying theory of Gay

For centuries the scientific community has asked so many questions about LGBTQ+ people, it's starting to seem like they're obsessed with us.

A Unifying Theory of Gay looks at the scientific research that has tried to understand what it means to be gay, how homosexuality happens, and how LGBTQ+ people should be treated.

There are jokes, real science, and a general level of disdain for the formal academic establishment.

They produced the Bricks and Mortals and Living with Eugenics podcasts for UCL. Both podcast series examine the history of eugenics at UCL and the current impact of its legacy.

Outside of their academic work, they have a passion for LGBTQ+ history. They are a Stonewall School Role Model and give talks on LGBTQ+ history and culture in schools.
