Find out how our researchers are at the forefront of developing solutions to the world’s biggest challenges, and get hands-on with some interactive demos.

How can we provide clean, renewable power to the world? How we can make vaccine manufacture accessible to low- and middle-income countries? How can we take the carbon out of jet fuel?

Visit the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology to find out how we are developing solutions to the world's most pressing challenges.

Meet our researchers and get hands-on with some interactive experiments, including build you own solar cell and exploring smart materials for healthcare technologies.

This event will finish with an explosive demonstration on 'Ammonia Energy for the Future'. Our researchers will explain how carbon-free, ammonia can shape the future energy landscape, with a live demo and following Q&A session.
