Ask the experts: The floor is lava!

6:00pm on Saturday 27 March

Times shown are in GMT (UTC +0) up to the 27th March. For events on or after 28th March times are in BST (UTC +1).

We asked young people from Cambridge and beyond what they would most like to know about volcanoes and the power beneath the earth’s crust. If you could ask an expert anything and there was no such thing as a silly question, what would you ask? We got some amazing questions back and this video gives you the answers.

Volcanologist Clive Oppenheimer tackles everything you ever wanted to know about the earth’s eruptions, but never found the right person to ask! From the destruction of Pompeii, to the genesis of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, and Doctor Who, there’s a lot bubbling away down there, so why not give it a prod?
